Excellent sound quality at low volume - fragrant wild strawberries and violets open up, some moss and herbal spice on the finish. Light-footed, cool, brilliant.

Vinification

Pinot Noir 2021 from Heinrich

Coming from sun-drenched slopes, the Pinot Noir grows on calcareous soils near a cooler wooded area west of Lake Neusiedl. Biodynamic cultivation according to Demeter guidelines. Spontaneous fermentation and a total of one week on the mash, then gently pressed with a basket press. After 8 months of yeast storage in a fermentation rack, the Pinot Noir 2021 is bottled unfiltered and with minimal sulphur addition. Velvety, rich red with a slight cloudiness in the glass. A fresh, cool Pinot with earthy hints and dark berries. A universal food companion for dark meat and almost unbeatable for the price.
