Vinification

Blonde by Nature 2020

The pleasantly funky natural wine of the "Pittis" is composed of 30% Sauvignon Blanc, 25% Grüner Veltliner, 20% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Blanc, 10% Reinriesling. The name also stands for the color "Blonde by Nature", which results from the maceration period of several days, during which the color pigments are extracted from the skins. The vines grow on clay and limestone soils, and the grapes are fermented spontaneously and then matured in used barriques and amphorae until bottled unfiltered and with no sulphur.
