Like the scent of a freshly cut flower meadow, this also seems very structured on the palate. Fine bubbles and a Niagara Falls drinking flow lead from one glass to the next!

Vinification

Pet Nat mit Achtung 2021 from Loimer

A Pet Nat made from 100% yellow muscatel grown on chalky gravel: silky straw yellow and a wonderfully fragrant flower meadow in the glass. A light, animating Pet Nat that does not seem frivolous at all on the palate, noticeable in the fine perlage and the integrated acidity. Fred Loimer already knows what he is doing, his "with ATTENTION" wine series stands for a willingness to experiment and is nevertheless executed in a virtuoso manner. Fred harvests the grapes at the beginning of September with selective hand-picking in 20kg crates and then mash ferments together with the stems for a total of 3 days in oak barrels. Filled unfiltered and unsulphured. The Pet Nat with Achtung 2021 is immensely juicy with a good drinking flow, which is a lot of fun in the glass. Cool down the next bottle already.
