Berlin and natural wine, that simply fits. The characteristics honest and authentic apply to the city just as well as to the natural grape juice. For some time now, natural wine has been experiencing a real hype that is increasingly taking over Berlin. No additives, no frills - natural wine does not try to pretend and comes into the glass as it is. And because Berlin also ascribes some of these qualities to itself, the density of bars and restaurants that serve natural wine is steadily increasing. At these places you can get the finest natural wine in Berlin.
Natural wine with neighborhood flair at Konträr
If you want to taste your way through a wide range of natural wine, Konträr is the right place for you. The wine list offers a colorful spectrum of white, orange and red wines from Austria, Germany, Spain and France. If you're lucky, landlord Taran will give you an individual recommendation for your next bottle. This is best enjoyed with the homemade and probably best tapas in the district, which are served alongside natural wine at Konträr.
Recorder: seafood and natural wine in the Bergmannkiez.
A glass of (natural) champagne tastes best with oysters. At Rekorder, they know that and have dedicated themselves to grape juice made from natural grapes, in addition to fish dishes. Located in the popular Bergmannkiez neighborhood in Kreuzberg, the bar offers natural wine for beginners as well as longtime fans. Refreshing Pet Nat, funky Riesling or silky Blaufränkisch are served at Rekorder in a harmonious ambience. The stucco ceiling of the bar regularly showcases young photographic artists from the city, whose work is best philosophized over a few glasses of natural wine.

Natural Wine and Minimalist Chic
Le Balto doesn't want to be just another wine bar in Berlin, and it pulls it off with a minimalist atmosphere, tapas, and the centerpiece of the bar: the well-stocked natural wine shelf. As the little sister of Shakespear&Son and Fine Bagels, Le Balto serves selected natural wines from Austria, France or the Czech Republic from the tap and, of course, also from the bottle. A bookshelf on the wall and a painting on the ceiling in combination with the finest natural wine drops make Le Balto Berlin's new favorite natural wine bar.
