Vinification

Opera 2022 from Naboso

Opera is a traditionally produced sparkling wine, the already fermented still wine is bottled unfiltered at Naboso and undergoes the second fermentation in the bottle. Müller Thurgau, Pinot Gris and Moravian Muscat in a juicy triplet, the latter is probably responsible for the fragrant nose and aromatics. Nothing breaks out here and everything feels well embedded. The Opera 2022 is best drunk with friends and makes a great aperitif, or even for the BBQ on hot summer days, cheers!
