Finely bubbly, pure and highly animating to drink: this "Welsch" Pet Nat from Thomas Straka will cast a spell over you! Super lively with a great kick, fine minerality and delicate scents of pears, herbs and citrus fruits!

2.) Weißburgunder 2019, Lichtenberger Gonzalez

Stylistically, it is reminiscent of Jura wines: totally straight with enormous tension and oxidative, sherry-like hints, very unique for Pinot Blanc. It has a good pull and a complex aroma. Elegant and freaky!

3.) Andreis 2021, Vinas Mora

Mediterranean & salty - you can taste the sea! The dark fruit and warm spiciness seem intense, but never opulent due to the freshness. Nerdy, but accessible and harmonious.
