The GM 2021 is one of Justine & Patrick Bouju's Negocé wines, a term that refers to the purchase of grapes - Gewürztraminer and Riesling from Alsace and Muscat from Perpignan in the south, the combo is totally successful and a lot of fun. Aromatically, it becomes Mediterranean, the GM almost reminds of orange wines from Matassa, at least it is not far from it. The playful floral nose is due to the Alsace Riesling, fragrant with apricots and grapefruits. Totally energetic and structured on the palate. Like all natural wines from Justine & Patrick Bouju, bottled unfiltered and unsulphured.
