Vinification

Blanc Pure 2021 from Seckinger

Most of the Pinot Blanc and Traminer grapes for the Blanc Pure come from the Ruppertsberger Linsenbusch and Nußbien. Here, yellow and red weathered sandstone dominates in combination with limestone marl. Spontaneously fermented and matured in large wooden barrels. The inspiration for this energetic natural wine has its origins in the Jura, based on Savagnin (white Traminer), spicy and wild paired with a slight reduction. Like all natural wines from Weingut Seckinger, bottled unfiltered.
