Pinot Noir und Blaufränkisch als Pet Nat gibt es schon sehr selten, Adriana und Martin Lichtenberger González zeigen mit dem Bubbles wie es geht. Sehr animierend und saftig, viele frische Zitrusnoten die mit Johannisbeeren verschmelzen. Ein äußerst eleganter Pet Nat mit feiner Perlage der die Messlatte für Pet Nat's neu definiert. Sorgfältig per Hand geerntet, gerebelt und nach kurzer Maischestandzeit direkt in die Flasche unfiltriert abgefüllt und verkorkt. Ein knackig frischer, einladender Pet Nat perfekt für Aperó und Brunch!
