Uff - a Pinot with plenty of depth and character! The Cuvée Longue comes from old vines from the Les Vigne Blanches vineyard and delivers earthy spice, juicy fruit and is as fine as a silk dress. Great cinema!

Vinification

Cuveé Longue 2022 from Domaine Didon

A captivating Pinot Noir with radiance! The Cuvée Longue 2022 from Domaine Didon comes from the AOC Bouzeron, more precisely from the legendary Les Vignes Blanches vineyard directly in Chassey-le-Camp. The old vines on yellow limestone are cultivated biodynamically, harvested and pressed as whole bunches. Maturation takes place in two phases: 10 months in used wooden barrels, followed by 10 months in egg-shaped fiber tanks. These were "informed" with a homeopathic preparation that combines the energies of seven metals and planets with limestone and silica. Cuvée Longue 2022 is a Pinot Noir with earthy depth, spicy elegance and a silky mouthfeel. Finely integrated acidity, subtle grip and plenty of vibrancy - bottled unfiltered like all natural wines from Domaine Didon.
