Pinot Noir and Blaufränkisch as Pet Nat are already very rare, Adriana and Martin Lichtenberger González show how it's done with the Bubbles. Very animating and juicy, lots of fresh citrus notes merging with redcurrants. An extremely elegant Pet Nat with a fine perlage that redefines the benchmark for Pet Nat's. Carefully harvested by hand, racked and, after a short maceration period, bottled unfiltered and corked. A crisp, fresh, inviting Pet Nat perfect for aperitifs and brunch!
