Triptyque Brut Nature by Timotheé Stroebel

The Triptyque Brut Nature by Timothée Stroebel comes from 3 grape varieties from 3 different sites and soils. Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, respectively on sand, limestone and clay from plots with old vines (50 years +) located near Villers Allerand, a village classified as Premier Cru in the Montagne de Reims. Biodynamic cultivation. Spontaneous fermentation and malolactic fermentation. Vinification and ageing take place in large oak barrels. The wine is neither filtered nor cold-pressed. No final dosage (0 g/l) - which makes it a Brut Nature - for this fascinating and atypical Champagne Blanc. Like all natural wines and champagnes from Timothee Stroebel, it is bottled unfiltered and with minimal sulphurization.
