Coming from biodynamic farming, the Roter Mulatschak 2022 consists of Zweigelt and St. Laurent, two regional grape varieties from Burgenland. After a short contact with the must, the wine is pressed directly to retain a lot of juiciness and freshness. Spontaneously fermented in stainless steel and then bottled directly without filtration or further additions of additives - totally honest and pure natural wine. The Demeter winery Meinklang conjures up an uncomplicated and drinkable natural wine with serious drinking fun in the bottle. Great glou-glou red wine for outdoors - best slightly chilled! Red Mulatschak for everyone!
