Pétillant Naturel Anti Bergamot

The production of Anti Bergamot is a natural process involving several steps. Before it even starts, everything is thoroughly cleaned, weighed, portioned and labeled - order is essential! The starter is then prepared: Filtered water is tempered, ingredients such as herbs and fruit are macerated, sugar and yeast cultures are added. That's where the magic happens: fermentation! In the next step, the starter is added to the large fermentation tank along with other ingredients. Everything is allowed to ferment and combine there for around a week. For the Pet Nat tea, it's even a whole four weeks! Anti Bergamot is made with a refreshing herbal extract, lemon juice, water, sugar - and, of course, certified organic bergamot. After seven days of fermentation, it is carefully bottled and pasteurized at 70 degrees within the first 24 hours to prevent alcoholic fermentation. Like all Konanna no/low drinks, it is produced without technical dealcoholization and stabilizers.
