Our take

Barefoot in the garden at seven in the morning. The air is full of jasmine, the day still undecided. The perlage is fine and lively, it opens up the palate and immediately makes you want to take the next sip. Floral, yes, but not perfumed: Tea leaves, white flowers and a clear herbal note that lingers pleasantly.

How is it made?

Pétillant Naturel Tea Jasmine

Pet Nat Tea Jasmine is made from high-quality green tea extracts - processed by hand and fermented with great sensitivity. First, everything is thoroughly cleaned, weighed and portioned before the starter is prepared: Filtered water is tempered, tea and herbs slowly macerate, sugar and yeast cultures are added. Everything ferments in the tank for a total of four weeks - significantly longer than with the anti-drinks. This creates a complex interplay of aromas with floral depth. It is bottled directly in the style of classic pet nats - but with 1.9% alc. The great thing about it? All of Konanna's teas are disgorged by hand to create the fine perlage. Like all no/low drinks from Konanna, produced without technical dealcoholization and stabilizers.
