Vinification

Solerte Macerato 2022 von Vino Lauria

100% Zibibbo on calcareous soils around Trapani. Zibibbo is Sicily's aromatic grape variety par excellence, aged longer on the skins it turns into a top orange wine. The Solerte Macerato 2022 smells of ripe fruit and herbs, you can feel the Sicilian sun, but there is also a cool, tart freshness. Gently pressed after spontaneous fermentation and aged on its lees for six months before the Solerte Macerato goes on sale. On the nose, it smells of citrus fruits, oranges and grapefruits, making it a universal food companion.
