Leithaberg Rot 2017 by Lichtenberger González

This magnificent Blaufränkisch from old vines grows on limestone and comes from the Leithaberg mountains, one of the most important and largest DAC certified vineyards in Burgenland. Martin and Adriana work with low yields and thereby try to preserve as much concentration as possible. The wine ages on lees in big oak with a subtle amountof new wood. The Blaufränkisch Leithaberg is a true terroir ambassador, powerful and strong with charming cherries and salt in the finish.
