Flower power, but without cheesiness and super structured. On the palate, everything comes together: light extract sweetness, gentle grip due to longer skin contact and a juiciness that goes on (almost) forever!

Vinification

Muskateller mit Achtung 2021

The "Mit Achtung" project stands for Fred Loimer's experimentation, a kind of "let's see what comes out" - we can only say, masterfully executed: a Muscat with delicate grip and classic, expressive floral elderflower bouquet, and all without cheesiness, but ultra juicy with a good pull and bite. Loimer selectively hand picks and crushes the grapes, then ferments the whole berries in oak barrels on the skins for 4 weeks, then ages on full lees for another 7 months. The Muskateller mit Achtung 2021 has a great structure between tannin and melt, this is great fun on the palate. Bottled unfiltered and with minimal sulfur added.
