Like the scent of a freshly cut flower meadow, this is very structured on the palate. The finest bubbles and a Niagara Falls flow lead from one glass to the next!

Vinification

Pet Nat with ACHTUNG 2023 from Loimer

A Pet Nat made from 100% Gelber Muskateller grown on chalky gravel: we find a silky matt straw yellow and a wonderfully fragrant meadow of flowers in the glass. A light, animating Pet Nat that is not at all frivolous on the palate, noticeable in its fine perlage and integrated acidity. Fred Loimer already knows what he is doing, his "with ATTENTION" line stands for a love of experimentation and is nevertheless implemented with virtuosity. Fred harvests the grapes at the beginning of September with selective hand-picking in 20 kg crates and then macerates them and their stems in oak barrels for a total of 3 days. Bottled unfiltered and unsulphurized. The Pet Nat with Achtung 2023 is incredibly juicy with a good drinking flow, which is great fun in the glass. Chill the next bottle now.
