Finest Chenin bubbles and super elegant with a fine texture due to 21 months of maturation. Creamy pears, white apple blossom and lime peel glide across the tongue with a long finish.

Vinification

Bulles de Liv, Gold Brut Nature 2021 from Liv Vincendeau

100% Chenin Blanc from 60-year-old vines on green and purple slate with crystalline quartz of volcanic origin. The Bulles de Liv Gold Brut Nature 2021 appears finely balanced and super elegant. The first fermentation is followed by 21 months of yeast maturation in tuff caves in Saumur and is bottled without any further dosage - Brut Nature, in other words. Liv Vincendeau has worked organically from the beginning, and biodynamically since 2019. On the palate, the Chenin Blanc Cremant de Loire seems incredibly fine, the long yeast storage pays off. Fine texture of creamy pears, the nose smells of white apple blossoms and limes, and what a finish! Like all Liv Vincendeau wines, unfiltered and bottled with minimal sulphur.
