Pranzegg is an ambassador of culture and nature.

You are truly lucky to get your hands on a few bottles of Pranzegg. With only 4 hectares under cultivation, Martin Gojer's unique wines are highly sought after.

Compared to typical wines from the region, his products are quite different: natural, exciting, wild and yet finesse-rich and delicate. All wines are made with mash fermentation and thus have a fine tannin structure that gives the wine its DNA. Martin Gojer's main concern is to tell stories through his wines: About the place where he lives and his way of life as a winemaker.

And biodynamic farming helps to do this as unadulteratedly as possible: "Spontaneous fermentation, long retention time on the yeast, no fining and filtration, minimal amounts of sulphur and a lot of patience and flair," says Martin Gojer.

On the steep vineyards around the Bolzano basin, the vines stand on loamy sand of volcanic origin, deposits of porphyry, basalt and granite. If Martin's wines aren't sold out at the moment, the rule is to strike!
