Shipping costs 6,90€ within Germany and 12€ to Austria.

Your order will usually be shipped on the next working day. Within Germany, the delivery time is approx. 2-3 days. To other countries, the delivery time is usually 3-7 days.

We will ship your order with DHL.

When your shipment gets processed, a DHL tracking number will be created and automatically sent to your registered email. Write to us at cheers@drops.wine if you have any problems with your delivery.

We ship with a shipping box made for wine. These come in different sizes, you can compose your order individually, we do not have any predefined quantities that you have to follow.
If you place orders in units of 3 (so for example 1, 3, 6, 9, 12 bottles), you help us save on packaging material and transport units. Our largest shipping unit is a 15-bottle carton.

No, there is no minimum order value.

Unfortunately, a change of address during a delivery is legally no longer possible on the part of DHL. Write to us at cheers@drops.wine if you have any problems with your delivery.

Orders that have already been placed and are on their way to you can unfortunately no longer be canceled. You can find more information about the right of withdrawal here.

Unfortunately no.

Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned items. You will receive your refund using the same payment method you used to make your purchase. The duration of the refund will depend on the payment method, but will be processed within 14 days of receipt of your return.
