Vinification

Opera Pet Nat 2021 from Naboso

Opera is a traditionally produced sparkling wine, the already fermented still wine is bottled unfiltered at Naboso and undergoes the second fermentation in the bottle. Müller Thurgau, Pinot Gris and Moravian Muscat in a juicy triplet, the latter is probably responsible for the fragrant nose and aromatics. Opera is the first sparkling wine from Naboso, after several years and several attempts, it has now succeeded in 2021, you can see Andrej's skill. Nothing breaks out here, everything is structured and integrated. Opera is best drunk with friends and makes a great aperitif, or even for the couch on cold winter days, cheers!
