Rosé wines

They get their name from their light red to pink colour, the special thing about them is the way they are made: the skin of the red wine grapes remains only briefly on the mash during fermentation. This gives the wine its light red colour and, due to the tannins that enter the wine from the skins, a slightly grippier texture.
