A salty Trebbiano as it is written in the book - Francesco Cirelli captures the essence of Abruzzo. The Trebbiano d'Abruzzo 2023 is pressed from the estate's own leased vineyards as whole grapes and matured in steel tanks. Fermentation naturally takes place spontaneously. An accessible Trebbiano with ripe fruit and tart freshness, the salinity underlines Cirelli's style. Ripe pears, quinces and that honey-chamomile mix keep coming to the fore - wow! The smooth Trebbiano enjoys a little air and larger glasses. Best enjoyed not too cold! After four months on the lees like all natural wines from Francesco Cirelli unfiltered and bottled with little sulphur.
