De quoi te mêles tu? Blanc de Noirs 2022 by Amaury Beaufort

100% Pinot Noir from Polisy on the Côte des Bar, classified as an Autre Cru. The grapes come from Champagne Piconnet, Amaury Beaufort took care of the vinification and Loïc Naudinot cultivated them. In total, the De Quoi Te Mêles Tu? 2022 is aged on the lees for 24 months, including malolactic fermentation. Like all Natural Grower champagnes from Amaury Beaufort, De Quoi Te Mêles Tu? 2022 is bottled unfiltered and without any added sulphur.
