Vinification

FKK Weiß 2021 from Schmitt

The grapes of FKK Weiß come from biodynamic cultivated vineyards around Monsheim. The cuvée consists of a total of 5 grape varieties, Pinot Blanc, Huxelrebe, and Scheurebe are lightly pressed and fermented with skins for 3 weeks-Ortega and Pinot Gris are pressed directly to get lots of juiciness. Spontaneously fermented and aged in fiberglass tanks, then bottled with minimal sulfur. An uncomplicated Everyday wine with lots of fruit fun, perfect for outdoors or Pillow Talk :-)
