P'tit Nouveau 2021 by Vincent Wallard

100% Gamay from Berrie, Coteaux du Layon in the Loire. Whole-cluster carbonic fermentation (maceration carbonique) for 14 days, then matured in 500L foudre and bottled in spring. A juicy, finely spiced Gamay with lots of fruity fun. Like all natural wines from Vincent Wallard, bottled unfiltered and unsulphurized.
