The grapes of Burgundy SA were carefully harvested by hand and come from 20-40 year old vineyards from the plots Witscheiner Herrenberg and the Rascher Nussberg, which are interspersed with sandy marl and gravel soils, usually known as Opok. In the cellar, everything ferments spontaneously with short mash contact, and maturation takes place in wooden barrels and stainless steel. In the blend of Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay, older vintages are also blended together, which provide a good structure, the Burgundy SA has an immense juiciness with mouth-watering drinking flow. This is just really fun to drink. Then bottled unsulfured and unfiltered with no other frills.
