Smoky, with lots of dark berries. Mol seems fantastically structured with silky tannins and will surely convince lovers of classic wines too, Banging!

Vinification

Mol 2021 from Justine & Patrick Bouju

Mol is another Negocé wine from Patrick and Justine Bouju and is a cuvée of Syrah, Carignan, Merlot, Cinsault, Muscat and Gamay from southern France. Dark berry with herbs on the nose, it is reminiscent of wines from the Beaujolais or northern Rhone, but without any heaviness or opulence. On the palate, there is a great, supple mouthfeel with silky tannins, this already seems very elegant and structured. Like all natural wines from Justine & Patrick Bouju, bottled unfiltered and unsulphured.
