Tonton Chenin Coquin 2020 from Vincent Wallard

100% Chenin Blanc from two parcels from Saint-Lambert-du-Lattay and Berrie. Pressed directly after a short maceration period and matured for 12 months in 500 litre foudres. A dense, creamy Chenin Blanc with a long finish. Candied quince, baked apple, white flowers and ripe pears. Like all natural wines from Vincent Wallard, bottled unfiltered and unsulphured.
