Love Song 2022 by Patrick Bouju

Love Song is another Negocé wine from Justine & Patrick Bouju. Mourvedre, Cinsault, Gamay, Pinot Noir and Merlot grapes are gently pressed after a short maceration period and then matured for a year in steel tanks. This ensures plenty of freshness and drinkability. The aroma is full of strawberry preserves and the tannins are finely chiseled. The fine acidity gives the palate a tang. Like all natural wines from Justine & Patrick Bouju, the Love Song 2022 is naturally bottled unfiltered and unsulphurized.
