Fehérburgundi 2022 von Weninger

Fehérburgundi ist Ungarisch und bedeutet Weißburgunder, denn das Weingut Weninger erstreckt sich weit nach dem Neusiedlersee über die ungarische Grenze bis nach Sopron. Die Reben wachsen hier auf verwitterten Grundgestein und Schieferböden und werden von Franz Weninger nach biologisch - biodynamischen Richtlinien bewirtschaftet. Aufgrund des längeren Hefelagers besitzt der Fehérburgundi 2022 einen angenehm einladenden Schmelz, der Schieferboden sorgt für feine Mineralik, die lange nachhallt. Am Gaumen unheimlich präzise und straff mit animierender Saftigkeit, Franz Weninger zaubert hier einen tollen Weißburgunder Stil in die Flasche. In der Nase herrschen zartduftige Aromen von Wildblumen, nasses Gras und eine gute Portion Zitrusfrüchte. Ein naturbelassener Wein, der sich in kein Korsett zwängen lässt oder sich irgendwelchen Dogmen unterordnet.
