Die Reben des Hirschenreyn stammen von einer kühlen Lage mit nördlicher Exponierung und wachsen auf tiefgründigen Lössböden. Nach langsamer, einjähriger Gärung im großen Holzfass unfiltriert abgefüllt. Am Gaumen präsentiert sich der Hirschenreyn 2021 dicht und konzentriert, aber nie eigensinnig oder aufmüpfig. Es fühlt sich alles sehr vital an, mit einem vibrierenden mineralischen Touch auf der Zunge und einer satten Länge! Aromatisch bereichern uns reife gelbe Früchte, Sanddorn und eine Prise weißer Pfeffer. Unbedingt dekantieren! Herbert Zillinger zaubert den modernen Weinviertler ins Glas.
