Mit dem Ausdruck “Large Soif” möchten Luc und Benedicte Paul Bocuse Tribut zollen. Diese herrlich leichte und verspielte Weißwein Cuvée wird aus Chenin Blanc und Chardonnay erzeugt, welche auf den berühmten schwarzen Schiefer wachsen. Spontangärung im Edelstahltank und nach 4 Monaten ungeschwefelt und unfiltriert abgefüllt. Verspielt, duftig und höchst trinkanimierend, der Large Soif Blanc 2023 ist der verlockende Einstiegsstoff bei Terra Vita Vinum und steht für absolutes Trinkvergnügen. Wie alle Naturweine von Terra Vita Vinum wird auch der Large Soif Blanc unfiltriert abgefüllt.
