Vinification

Blaue Libelle 2022 par Andreas Tscheppe

100% Sauvignon Blanc sur des vignobles en terrasses qui poussent sur les sols caractéristiques d'Opok. Andreas Tscheppe cultive en biodynamie sans compromis et accorde une grande importance à la biodiversité. Le Blaue Libelle 2022 est directement pressé et fermenté spontanément dans des fûts de 500 litres utilisés. Après 18 mois de levurage, ce Sauvignon Blanc puriste et minéral est mis en bouteille et fait sourire les amateurs de vin du monde entier. Quel style unique, très différent des autres sauvignons styriens. Citrique avec de fines épices, incroyablement précis et fin, accompagné d'une belle réduction. Comme tous les vins naturels d'Andreas Tscheppe, il n'est pas filtré et mis en bouteille avec un minimum de soufre.
