Recommended drinking order:
1.) A Bulles Perdues, Domaine Didon
So delicate, so fine, so elegant — this Aligoté Pét-Nat has completely wrapped us around its finger. After 10 months on the lees it radiates an almost meditative calm, carried by ultra-fine bubbles, subtle fruit and salty minerality!
2.) Kirchenpeace Riesling 2024, Marie Adler
Wonderful Riesling extract meets silky-soft tannins — and the palate starts to vibrate. Kirchenpeace comes from the oldest vines in the village. Beneath the gentle reduction, limestone appears before the long, citrus-driven finish sets in.
3.) Steiner Blaufränkisch 2020, Franz Weninger
A top Blaufränkisch in its bright, lifted style: spicy, precise and with silky tannins. The Steiner vineyard in Sopron is legendary — perfectly ripe, vibrant and phenomenal!
