Vinification

Vino Bianco nv from Francesco Cirelli

Francesco Cirelli's entry-level wines come from local organic farms. For the Vino Bianco 2022, 100% Trebbiano grapes are destemmed and macerated for 24 hours in steel tanks. Fermentation naturally takes place spontaneously. An uncomplicated, joyful white wine from Abruzzo that produces rather herbaceous and spicy aromas with restrained fruit. A hint of camomile, sage and some pomaceous fruit wafts from the glass. There are also hints of orange peel and peaches. The Vino Bianco 2022 is a lot of fun to drink, has a mild acidity and is a classic, accessible representative of this grape variety in the best sense of the word. After four months on the lees like all natural wines from Francesco Cirelli unfiltered and bottled with little sulphur.
