Easy peacy with character, super drinkable and brings notes of white flowers and fresh green apples, but also a slight spiciness. Perfect for day drinking.

Vinification

Chenin by Majas 2021 from Domaine Majas

Old Chenin Blanc vines on limestone, clay and slate soils at 350-400m above sea level, organically farmed since 2007. We are in the south of France in Languedoc-Roussillon near Calce, a hot and dry region. And yet the Chenin seems crisp, fresh and animating. Carefully harvested by hand and spontaneously fermented in steel. After remaining on the yeast for 3 months, the Chenin by Majas 2021 is bottled unfiltered and with a minimal addition of sulphur.
