Vinification

Majas Rouge 2022 from Domaine Majas

The 2022 Rouge is made from Carignan and Grenache. The vines, which are more than 35 years old, are rooted in limestone and slate soils at 350-400m above sea level. Carefully harvested by hand and matured separately in steel. With only a minimal addition of sulphur, the natural wine from Domaine Majas is bottled unfiltered and unfined.
