Pinot Blanc Monopol Großes Gewächs 2022 from Odinstal

The Odinstal's top site for Pinot Blanc: 100% hand-picked, biodynamic care of the vines and meticulous vinification. Spontaneously fermented and matured in wood, with perfect integration of the barrel. Fine reduction on the nose, light earthiness, smoky flint and oyster shell - cool and highly mineral. Vibrant tension on the palate with Amalfi lemon, grapefruit peel, almond and lemon balm. The texture is impressive: grippy, salty, long and carried by ripe acidity. Aromatic somewhere in Burgundy, yet unmistakably Palatinate and unmistakably Odinstal. A monumental Pinot Blanc GG 2022 that combines power and elegance. Andreas Schuhmann has created a masterpiece. Like all natural wines from Odinstal, bottled unfiltered.
