Grüne Libelle Plus 2022

100% Sauvignon Blanc from terraced vineyards that grow on the characteristic Opok soils. Andreas Tscheppe cultivates uncompromisingly biodynamically and places great emphasis on biodiversity. The Grüne Libelle Plus 2022 is pressed directly and fermented spontaneously in used 500-liter barrels. In the 2022 vintage, many wines are not fully fermented and Andreas has decided to bottle the wines as a Plus Edition. It therefore seems like a light Pet Nat, but if you add the Tscheppe style, it is a totally unique style. Andreas has even gone so far as to consider producing a sparkling wine. We can look forward to it. After 18 months on the lees, Grüne Libelle Plus is bottled and makes wine lovers all over the world smile. Citrusy with a fine herbal spiciness, very juicy and animating, accompanied by a beautiful reduction. Like all natural wines from Andreas Tscheppe, unfiltered and bottled with minimal addition of sulphur.
