As we know it from Grüner Veltliner, the Neuland 2024 comes with classic pepper and fine herbal spice. 100% Grüner Veltliner on gravelly soils from a young vineyard. Spontaneously fermented and matured in stainless steel tanks. A fresh, animating natural wine with lively acidity and a sporty drinking flow! Compared to the Popcorn, Herbert Zillinger allowed the Neuland to air a little, the nose is more reduced, more classic and not reductive. Lemon peel, lime with a little apple and juicy pears. A light-footed Veltliner, Herbert Zillinger conjures up the modern Weinviertler in the glass.
