Domaine Disco, the winery in motion

Together with the most ambitious winemakers in Europe, we create limited editions that represent the true flavour of nature, the law of attraction and, above all, fun. Domaine Disco stands for natural wines that are specially produced with a common vision that we share with the winegrowers. In addition, the winemakers are given the freedom to try something new alongside their existing portfolio, and at the same time the style and signature of each winery should always be recognisable. Domaine Disco stands for innovation, quality and the discovery of new flavours. We will soon be presenting more natural wines that reflect the diversity and creativity of our collaboration.

How we created Laser & Cream

It happened on one of those magical, warm spring nights on the shores of Lake Neusiedl. While tasting Adriana and Martin's maturing wines, we came across these two extraordinary barrels that completely mesmerised us: One with this fine, salty-creamy texture, the other with a vibrating acidity like a laser beam. Both Grüner Veltliner. Boom! An irresistible allure unfolded when we blended 70% cream with 30% laser to create an irresistible fusion. Limited to 660 bottles!

Where do the most valuable experiences in life come from? We are convinced that they always come from courage. Magic happens when you dare to follow your intuition. This natural wine embodies precisely this spirit: without added sulphur and after 42 months on the fine lees, it symbolises a new era for the Tement winery.

Acqua - The idea of a perfect everyday wine

Together with Carmen & Herbert Zillinger, Domaine Disco creates their idea of a perfect every-day wine. Every sip of Acqua thunders across the palate like Niagara Falls - animating, juicy and unstoppable! Fruit-forward with ripe yellow fruit and savoury herbal spice. 100% Grüner Veltliner from 20 to 40-year-old vines on chalky gravel soils, cultivated biodynamically and harvested in small boxes. The Herbert Zillinger winery is considered a trailblazer and pioneer for sustainable, organic viticulture in the Austrian Weinviertel.
