Due to the new EU Packaging Regulation, which came into force on 12 August 2026, we are temporarily only shipping within Germany. We will resume deliveries to Austria shortly. All other EU countries will follow as soon as registration is complete.

PLEASE NOTE: If you live in a country where your government may require additional taxes or duties for receiving alcohol (such as Sweden or Finland), you as the customer are responsible for declaring this. By purchasing wines from Drops, you assume full responsibility for deciding whether to declare and pay additional taxes on your wines, and accept that Drops will not pay any such charges, if any.
Consumers can return goods according to the provisions of the statutory right of withdrawal. Details and particulars can be found in the cancellation policy.
In the event of incorrect address details after dispatch or expired collection deadlines and returns, we reserve the right to charge you for the second shipment according to size and destination.
Payment options
At Drops you have the option to pay via credit card, PayPal, invoice, direct debit or instant bank transfer.
Delivery conditions
We deliver by default via DHL or DPD with a regular delivery time of three business days within Germany.
You will receive the exact delivery status of your order in your order confirmation e-mail.
The prices shown on the product pages are ex warehouse Bad Kreuznach and do not include packaging, loading, transport, insurance and similar services. Please refer to the shipping costs for your respective delivery area.
If there are additional payments due to a foreign order, such as bank charges or transfer fees, these are to be borne by the buyer.
Delivery times and costs refer to delivery by DHL. In case of customs formalities, delivery times may be longer in some countries.
