Blossom 2024 from Domaine Matassa

A single-varietal Muscat orange with a total of 15 days of maceration in large wooden barrels, including the skins and stems. A wine like a sea of flowers, Blossom 2024 is the program. This natural wine needs a little time to fully develop, so carafe for longer and use large glasses. Like all natural wines at Matassa no sulphur or other additives are added, the focus here is fully on the work in the vineyard, and this is skillfully implemented. A natural wine in its purest form: Clarity, precision and unadulterated terroir flavor!
