Brutal Orange 2023 from Domaine Matassa

Macabeu pure varietal, with a total of 4 weeks on the skins (= skin contact during fermentation). This is totally rich stuff. After spontaneous fermentation, the Brutal! Orange 2023 matures in neutral demi-muids with a capacity of 600 liters, then bottled unfiltered. Extremely limited, so be quick. Like all natural wines at Matassa, no sulphur or other additives are added; the focus here is on the work in the vineyard, and this is skillfully implemented.
