100% Gewürztraminer from beautiful Alsace - but forget the usual suspects. This is Ourobores' aromatic cheekiness. The organic grapes come from a winemaker friend, and what happens afterwards is pure hands-on magic: whole grapes, two weeks on the skins, spontaneous fermentation - and then a gentle pressing that gives La Manivelle that damn cool grip. With every sip, you can feel the tangy spice as if you were strolling through an Alsatian spice market. Aromatic, edgy, untamed - and yet so harmonious that you'll immediately reach for the next glass. Like all natural wines from Domaine des Ourobores, the 2023 vintage is bottled unfiltered and with minimal sulphur.
