Grès Dentelles 2022 from Domaine des Ourobores

100% Mourvèdre, a character wine which comes from an organic winemaker friend from the Côtes du Rhône and was vinified in the cellar of the Domaine des Ourobores. Grés Dentelles is pressed as a whole bunch after 3 weeks of maceration and then fermented spontaneously in used wood. Vin Vivants! What dark fruit aromas and piquant spice, so silky, so elegant. Like all natural wines from Domaine des Ourobores, Grés Dentelles 2022 is bottled unfiltered and with minimal addition of sulphur.
