Leithaberg Red 2020 from Lichtenberger González

This wonderful Blaufränkisch from old vines grows on limestone and comes directly from the Leithaberg, one of the most important and largest vineyards in Burgenland. Martin and Adriana work with very low yields and try to preserve as much concentration as possible. To their advantage: the Blaufränkisch Leithaberg Rot 2020 is a true terroir ambassador, powerful on the palate and charmingly cherry-like on the finish. Silky, fine, complex and yet not opulent, but always on the elegant side. Like all natural wines from Lichtenberger González unfiltered and bottled with a small amount of added sulphur.
